  • Manages Lecturer, Visiting Scholar, Postdoctoral Scholar, and other academic appointments.
  • Processes all UCPath payroll transactions for academic personnel, including ladder-rank faculty, lecturers, visitors, Postdoctoral Scholar, and other academic appointments.
  • Organizes, and implements departmental events and functions, which include graduate speaker series events, and job talks for faculty recruitment.
  • Processes reimbursement and purchasing transactions, procurement card coordination, and general fiscal activities related to events.
